Who are we?

MEE is a general contracting company specialized in construction of roads, bridges, buildings, swage systems with WWTP, pump stations, piles and oil pipes installation and testing.

And our staff!

Our wonderful staff and teams of work enjoy several distinct qualities. They have successfully implemented many projects in Iraq and some other countries in the Middle East. Our teams consist of advisors and engineers specialized in different categories of our activity: civil, mechanical, electrical, geological, oil and communication.

Most of our engineers have worked for USACE as QAs. They have been professionally trained under USACE supervision and have played a major role in rebuilding of Iraq’s infrastructure. They have also executed lots of projects with GRC based on defined specifications and standards.

The projects have been completed and turned over to our clients perfectly and professionally.

What about the Equipments!

Another guarantee for our success in different projects is that we provide all kinds of heavy equipment and material needed. We work closely with foreign agencies and manufacturers such as BOBCAT and that’s another guarantee for providing the necessities of our work.

Quality Control:

Our policy is designing a quality control plan before starting any projects. This plan provides a guaranteed work and the best specs.

Both the time schedule and the documentation for the project, as the key to long term understanding, are considered as very important issue for us.

Our company and our partners are very concerned about the safety of the undergoing projects and consider that the bright face of the projects.

The most important policy of the company is that we execute projects by our own staff and equipments. We never hand the contracts over to any other company so that we can control the quality of the work.

We spend a good budget on the quality control management.
